Secondly, by using our agency, any time there is a service or claim issue, you may call, email, or fax it to us and we will assist you in solving the issue.   A standard practice at this agency is for any client that is not sure if a claim was paid correctly, just fax the Explanation of Benefits from the carrier and we will review it to assure you receive the maximum benefit from the policy.  To get started just follow the steps below.

3. Click on the "Application" icon. Either you will go directly to the carriers website to complete a live application, or download a application to print and mail.
